When was the last time you took a deep breath and stepped out of the hustle and bustle of life? We all carry around the side effects of living the human experience and, unchecked, it takes a toll. Life can shape and season us through the experiences we have. The gifts of our experiences can be a stiff upper lip, an ability to get flexible, or finding our power. We can also be left with residual pain from our experiences. The unresolved feelings from past relationships, the grief and visceral pain we feel from the loss of a loved one, the inability to take the steps toward what it is we are truly seeking. We can feel stuck and like nothing will ever change in our favor. Whether we gave life permission through our choices or actions, or whether fate decided for us, the experiences of this life impact our everyday lives long after the dust has settled.

When does life start to shape up? When will you get comfortable in your own skin, brave enough to use your own voice, or when will you let go of the shit that no longer serves you? Darlin, it's has start with you taking the first step. And here is your opportunity to do so in the most empowering way ever - through Gestalt.

Anna and the horses offer the opportunity for an intimate group of like-minded women to gather together at the ranch to delve into the experiential process of Gestalt. We will drop everything and get present - the most valuable gift horses offer us by the way - and spend a few hours that are all about YOU.

EMPOWER

Gestalt with the horses allows each of us the opportunity to feel through the experiences of our lives that have left an imprint on us in both positive and negative ways. Expect to gain a deep connection with the other women, the horses (our guides and amazing coaches), and most importantly an authentic connection to YOURSELF. Learn what guides you. And get rid of what holds you back - in work, relationships, and life. Get rid of that troll that's following you around, living in the back of your head, and controlling your every move through fear to take the next, best step.

Finding your voice, standing in your truth and owning who you authentically are is the only true path toward empowerment.

You will NEVER forget the answers you discover alongside one of the horses. Oh and "borrowed benefit", yea, it's a real thing. I'll tell you more about that on the first night.
